JUST START YOUR GOALS:

Every one has there own goals which they want to fulfill it. I have a professional goal which is to become a supply chain specialist in Toyota Indus Motor. I have an interest to become the part of Toyota Indus Motors because in last semester we have done a project which was assigned by our course instructor and that is we want to make a business plan of Toyota with our group members and learnt the new things from it.

Why I want to become supply chain specialist:

I passed my intermediate from Pre-Engineering field and after that I got admission in NED University Of Engineering & Technology in the Management Sciences field and we have two specialization courses one is marketing and the other is supply chain management. I have an interest in supply chain and the purpose is to be beneficial for the organization in which I will be working.

The challenges are that from the start of my first semester. We have not experiences teachers for supply chain and we want a teacher who have field experience so that we should have knowledge theoritical as well as practical knowledge.

SELF PREPERATION:

I assigned weekly task to my self to acheive the goals.

I took the notes from the lecture during class

I revised those lectures and for better understanding I also watch videos on youtube

I scheduled the topics on daily bases and try to successfully completing them

FUTURE GOALS:

I also applied for UGRAD. To exchange the culture and serve my services to my society. I want to become the part UGRAD to polish my skills and eager to learn new things. The purpose for applying in UGRAD is that I want to become specialize in Supply chain management after take one semester from international university and after that when I come back to Pakistan I skilled my self and create competitive edge.
